Lauren Regan
Co-Director
Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our centre as our Co-Director and Group 2 teacher. She holds a specialised Bachelor of Education degree in Early Childhood, which she obtained from the University of Southern Queensland after completing a four-year program. With over five years of experience in Kindergarten services affiliated with Lady Gowrie QLD, Lauren has honed her skills in providing exceptional early childhood education.
What sets Lauren apart is her commitment to a holistic teaching approach, where she recognises and nurtures the unique abilities of each child. By fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, she ensures that all children thrive and reach their full potential. We are privileged to have Lauren as an integral part of our team, guiding and inspiring our young learners on their educational journey.

Danielle Rowe
Co-Director
Danielle (Dani) Rowe brings a depth of experience, knowledge and commitment to our kindergarten as Co‑Director and Group 1 Teacher. She is a four‑year university‑trained Early Childhood Teacher, holding a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood, Birth–8 years), reflecting her deep passion for early childhood education and her belief in supporting children to thrive in their earliest years.
Dani has a strong background in community‑based kindergarten settings and experience in special education contexts, supporting children with diverse strengths, needs and learning styles. These experiences have strengthened her belief in inclusion, empathy, and celebrating each child as a capable and unique learner.
With a kind, positive and nurturing approach, she builds genuine relationships with children and families, creating a warm environment where children feel safe, supported and valued. Dani is passionate about fostering curiosity, creativity and confidence in each child as they explore, discover and grow through play.

Kate supports Miss Lauren on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
